He is joined on stage by stars including Bruce Springsteen, Tom Waits, Elvis Costello, Jackson Browne, kd lang, Jennifer Warnes and Bonnie Raitt. They are backed by the TCB Band, who played with Elvis Presley in his latter years, and whose members include James Burton, Glen D Hardin, Jerry Scheff and Ronnie Tutt.
